I'm something of a bingo veteran (30 cards in the last 9 years in about a dozen different comms) and one of the features of almost every Bingo comm I've participated on is the "blackout" rule. While the requirement is to use separate and standalone stories for each prompt, if you can combine all 24 prompts + one additional (free space) prompt into a single story, you get a bingo win.

It's not clear from your rules that this would be accepted, but the immediately preceding question and your answer seems to indicate that it's possible to combine prompts into a single story for credit on two blocks.

Can you clarify:

1 - That a story with all 24 prompts + one more fluffy prompt will qualify as a blackout;

2 - That two prompts can be incorporated into a single story and credit for both prompts in a single bingo is permitted.

Thank you!
